Established in 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ncore Inc. is a family-owned trucking company. We have focused our logistical expertise on safe, on-time deliveries. Being a small, private company allows us to provide a better experience for our shippers, freight brokers, and drivers. We take the time to understand our customers’ unique logistics needs.
We offer multiple transportation services such as dry van truckload, less than truckload, flat bed and intermodal shipments. We transport general commodities as well as highly specialized and hazardous freight. We operate in the United States and parts of Canada.
Message from the Georgi Ivanov, CEO of Ncore Inc.
In 2004, my family and I moved to the United States in hopes of finding better career and education opportunities. At that point, I had 15 years of driving experience in Europe and Asia behind me, I was looking to continue working as a truck driver. My previous experience involved hauling dry van, conestoga, and auto transportation trailers.
I began as a company driver in the United States. Over the next couple of years, I worked for different transportation carriers in the industry and I was able to purchase my own truck. That was followed by the purchases of one more truck and the selection of driver. The two of us worked for a transportation company we were not happy with.
Similarly, to many other drivers we were disappointed with the company dispatching us. There was shortage of pay, a lack of understanding of the driving profession from management and waiting for load dispatch for hours at a time, even days.
That motivated us to create a company that doesn’t let drivers experience those type of issues – Ncore. We try to accommodate our drivers as much as possible and treat them as part of the family. We always available for our customer and drivers.
Even though our company has expanded, I continue to drive just as much as before. With 29 years of driving experience behind me, I understand the everyday problems drivers face. I keep in touch with our drivers and owner operators on daily basis.
We look forward to new opportunities and expanding furthermore.
